Important Notices: 

Intermediate Section 7  Playoff format.

As there are 8 teams in section 7 your playoffs will be as follows on 15 August

This only applies to section 7. All other grades will have normal playoffs format as advised eairler 

Intermediate Section 1 final will be played at Mckay Stadium 22nd August 3.00pm

Semi-Finals - Saturday 15 August 2026. First round will start at 9am, semi-final fixtures will be played as follows:

• 1st vs 4th
• 2nd vs 3rd
• 5th vs 6th

Finals

Saturday 22 August 2026

The following finals will be played:

• 1st vs 2nd - Mckay Stadium 3.00pm
• 3rd vs 4th -WNC
• 5th vs 6th -WNC

If your team does not wish to play the 5th vs 6th playoff on the 22 August 2026, please contact Kelly at operations@whangareinetball.co.nz. These games can be played as a friendly, non-scoring match, or teams may choose not to participate as this is a repeat game from 15 August. 

Please make sure you have a Coach or Manager registered in Sporty so you receive all key updates, including any changes or default notifications.
