This programme is designed to build the fitness, strength, and movement skills of young players. Delivered over six weeks for 9–12 year olds, it incorporates the NetballSmart Dynamic Warm-Up, bodyweight strengthening, core and balance work, landing skills, and transition movements.

The programme is offered in two groups: Year 5–6 and Year 7–8.
